Module 3 – Personality Styles Assessment

In module 3, learners understand how to assess personality styles of their team members. Be ready with a pen & paper – for this module. Learners go through a quick questionnaire to understand the personality of their team members.

Module 4 – Understanding the DISC Personality Styles

In module 4, learners understand the DISC behavioural style. DISC is an acronym used for identifying personality traits in individual. The DiSC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others — within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.

Module 5 – Identifying DISC styles of others

In module 5, learners will learn to identify DISC personality styles in others. Technically, it is not always possible for anyone to answer a questionnaire always if they have to identify the personality style of their team members. In this module , learners will learn an easier way to identify personality styles using OAR methodology.

Module 6 – Using DISC for Remote Teams

In module 6, learners will explore effective ways of communicating with different personalities. Using the insights from DISC, they will be able to flex their communication style in order to make it communicate, motivate and collaborate with their remote team members better.
